Our Interview process is designed to make you comfortable and engaged. We have split it into two distinct parts.
Behavioural -with the hiring manager, the WHY of your decision making
Stakeholder - this may be a presentation or a round table depending on the role
Competency - the HOW you would do the role
Founder Interview - It's so important to us that you get to hear more about our mission from our founders and for them to get to know everyone in the company by giving their final stamp of approval!
'Bar Raiser' interview - this interview is given by someone on a different team to the one you'll be joining by someone who embodies the LDT culture. It's an opportunity for you to learn more about us and our people and give you a better view on if this is the company for you!
